Photo album with cabinet photographs of sights in Paris

Photo album in black leather binding. The lock is partially missing, as is the decorative plate that presumably once adorned the front cover. The back cover is decorated with a geometric relief pattern. The endpapers are made of changeant paper. The album contains sixteen pages with gold-gilt edges. Each page has a passe-partout with a gold-colored frame containing thirty-two cabinet photographs of sights in Paris, such as the Panthéon, the Tour Saint-Jacques and the Tour de l'Horloge, the Opéra, the Palais du Luxembourg, Les buttes de Chaumont, the Bois de Boulogne, the Rue de Rivoli, the Boulevard Saint-Martin and the Porte Saint-Martin, the Hôtel des Invalides, Notre-Dame, the Madeleine and the Sainte-Chapelle.
