About this work

Two scenes one above the other. The upper one shows the death of Herod Agrippa: a crowd on the street watches in fright as an angel throws a lightning bolt at Herod, sitting on his throne. The lower one shows how Paul stretches out his arm towards Barjezus (Elymas) and thereby temporarily blinds him; from his throne Sergius Paulus watches.
