About this work
Above the vellum with the title of the book two putti crown a fertile heart filled with ears of corn. To the right and left next to the vellum cartouches with a dry and withered heart filled with dried ears of corn. At the bottom two birds peck at a heart in the shape of a jester's cap. The corners of the vellum are decorated with the symbols of the four evangelists.
