Two cartouches on one sheet. The cartouche on the left contains a scene of the liberation of Andromeda by Perseus, the cartouche on the right shows how the liver of Prometheus is picked out by an eagle. Hatched background. Leaf from a series consisting of a title page and 15 of the 16 sheets with cartouches containing biblical and mythological scenes in a frame of scrollwork and grotesques.
