About this work
Sea chart of a part of the coast of Portugal from Cape St. Vincent to the mouth of the Tagus, with two compass roses, north to the left. In the lower middle a cartouche with the title and the scale, shown in German, Spanish and English or French miles (scale: c. 1:400,000). The title is flanked by Father Time, Mercury and a woman with a veil, an anchor and a fire basket. In the upper right a cherub holds the publisher's address.
