Caricature in which John Bull (England) becomes angry because the Dutchman is reluctant to take up arms against France, 1793. The Dutchman leans relaxed against a large barrel and smokes a pipe. To the right the head of William Pitt pointing out that the French will reopen the Scheldt again.
