About this work
The Battle on the Slaak, September 12-13, 1631. Plate with two scenes. The main scene is a map of the waterways, creeks, and flooded land between Hulst, Antwerp, and Bergen op Zoom. On the map, the shipping routes taken by the States and Spanish fleets for the Battle on the Slaak are indicated. In the upper right, a scene of the naval battle. The States fleet under the command of Marinus Hollare.
