Minerva receives a young man

Minerva receives a young man and leads him towards the personification of God's commandments. Above her flies a putto with a flame above his head and a bell in his hand. At her feet a reading putto leans against a cornucopia and a putto with laurel wreath stands by a globe. To the left of Minerva stands a portrait bust of Hugo de Groot. The scene is crowned by a coat of arms with around the text: Illustra nos sol justitiae. To the left and right of this busts of Justinianus and Ulpianus.
