About this work
On the right foreground seven priests blowing ram's horns walking towards Jericho. Behind them follows the ark of the covenant. In the background the walls of the city of Jericho crumble. Joshua stands in the foreground and gives the order to attack the city of Jericho (Joshua 6:8-21). The print has a Hebrew, Latin, French, English, German and Dutch inscription.
