About this work

The volutes end in bird heads in which candlesticks with burning candles are placed. Leaf from a series of flat decorations with grotesques, cartouches, ovals, mascarons, putti, and fantastic creatures. The series consists of three title pages, two text pages with the dedication and preface, and 60 leaves, divided into three books.
