About this work

A votive (ema) with a portrait of actor Bandô Mitsugorô III (1775-1832) in the role of Sasaki Takatsuna in the play *Koe kakete hikeya Takatsuna*. At the bottom is information about the fortunate and less fortunate days of the year. With one poem: Takatsuna is like a spring breeze from Fukiya Street, causing a mist that reaches to the mountains.
