About this work

At the temple gate, a beggar asks Peter and John for alms. Peter has no money, but heals him in the name of Christ and helps the man to his feet. In the background to the right, all three enter the temple. Below the image, a Latin reference to the biblical text in Acts 3:1. This print is part of an album.
