About this work
Ornamental letter G crowned by the giant Goliath, who holds a sword in his hand. Below is David with his shepherd's staff. On the left is a vase with flowers. In the center is a trophy of weapons. The letter is further decorated with a bird, flowers, bunches of fruit, and a fish. On the verso are verses in Latin and German. The print is part of an album.
