Pedestal in the form of a cartouche. On it a medallion with on the front the portrait of Agostino Barbarigo with a doge's hat. On the back the doge kneels before the lion of Saint Mark, symbol of Venice. The pedestal is surrounded by three personifications. On the left sits Knowledge with a torch, pointing in a book. In the middle Benevolence: a woman on a lion with an arrow in her right hand. Next to her stands Experience. It is an older woman with a staff in her hand and the text: Rerum Magistra. In her other hand she holds a mathematical quadrant and on the ground a vase with fire and a touchstone. The print is part of an album.
