About this work

The Three Kings arrive to worship the Christ Child. One king kneels before the Child. His crown lies on the ground. In the background the black king with his retinue. On the right in the foreground the third king with his gift. Mary and Joseph sit with Christ under a monument with a statue of Charity (Caritas). Below the scene an explanatory text in Latin. This print is part of an album.
