About this work
A large and a small lady standing side by side, each holding a glue stick (intended for catching birds). On the large lady's glue stick, besides a bird, a woman with a mirror and a fool are stuck. In her other hand she holds a stick with an owl attached. The small lady holds, besides the glue stick, a convex mirror in which she looks at herself. A defecating dog in the center foreground. Above the head of the large lady a swarm of mosquitoes. Satire on female follies, especially vanity.
