About this work

Illustration of the first article of faith (I believe in God, the Almighty Father, Creator of heaven and earth) from the Apostles' Creed. God the Father creates Eve from Adam's rib. To the right in the background, God the Father bends over Adam and breathes life into him. To the left, the creation of the world and of the animals. Above the image, a reference to the Bible text in Exodus 20:11. Below the image, two Bible texts and the first article of faith from the Apostles' Creed in Latin. This print is part of an album.
