Young lady in a small morning deshabillé (...)

On the left, a young woman with a letter in her hands, dressed in a morning ensemble consisting of a caraco with hood on a skirt trimmed with a ruffled strip of fabric. On her head a cap with fichu with three points. On the right, a young Petit-Maître dressed in a frock coat or habit and Polonaise (?). Below he wears a neckerchief, short waistcoat: Gillet à la Turque, breeches, and stockings. Ruffled jabot and cuffs. Accessories: hat à la Suisse, chain(?), fobs, walking stick, buckled shoes. The print is probably part of an almanac, ca. 1778.
