According to the accompanying text, the woman is dressed in a 'robe à la Turque' of striped satin with a train. She wears a fichu, bodice with three-quarter sleeves, pleated collar and double cuffs and a white skirt with a scalloped hem. On her head a "Bonnet à la Turque" by the "demoiselle Roussaud, au coin de la rue du Théatre Francais". Accessories: earrings, bracelet. The print is part of the 24th Cahier from the series Cabinet des Modes ou les Modes Nouvelles.
