In the upper frame seven different bonnets or 'capotes'. In the lower frame three women, from left to right: 'capote' of white crêpe. Dress and fichu of silk. 'Capote' of straw and lace. Dress of mousseline. 'Capote en Malins'. Redingote of mousseline. Print from the fashion magazine Townsends Monthly Selection of Parisian Costumes (London 1823-1888).
