About this work
The Japanese army attacks Chinese soldiers in Uiju province. Uiju is located in North Korea, near the border with Manchuria and close to the Yalu River. This river would be crossed by the army in October 1894 to invade China, during the First Sino-Japanese War (1894-1895).
