The goddess Minerva stands next to a portrait bust of Archduke Leopold William of Austria on a pedestal. Around the portrait a laurel wreath with painter's supplies, a firearm and a text band with the Latin translation of 'powerful' and 'charming'; a reference to the titles of the two paintings by Titian held in the foreground by putti. On the pedestal a ten-line dedication to the Archduke and a six-line praise poem, both in Latin. In the background a classical building with male busts.
