Portrait of Leopold William, Archduke of Austria and Governor of the Southern Netherlands, in an oval frame with his motto, on a pedestal with an inscription to him in Latin, and below a six-line Latin panegyric. Next to his portrait stands Minerva as protector of the arts. Next to the pedestal paintings from Leopold William's collection. In the lower left a collection of coins, a book with drawings and a music book. In the background a classical building with male busts. Numbered in the lower center: 1.
