About this work

The apostle Peter, praying in his room, receives a vision. In the sky appears a large sheet, containing all kinds of animals of the world. This vision was symbolic, a sign from God that also non-Jews were created by God to receive Christ's message. In the background, the messengers of the Roman centurion Cornelius arrive at Peter's house. The print is part of an album.
