About this work
Christ tells his disciples a story: If someone owns a hundred sheep and one of them strays, will he not leave the ninety-nine in the mountains and go to look for the straying animal? If he manages to find it, then he will, I assure you, rejoice more over that one than over the ninety-nine others that did not stray. On the left in the background the parable of the lost coin. Letters are placed at various elements of the representation. The print is part of an album.
