About this work

In a landscape, Asclepius with an esculap and Minerva with a spear in a shield sit and stand. Beside each of them sits and stands a putto. In the center, a swan with spread wings sits in the water. In the background, a view of the city of Utrecht. In the clouds, a woman with a laurel wreath and the coat of arms of Utrecht, and two putti as personifications of Faith and Justice. Behind in the clouds, Fama flies with two trumpets.
