Selfishness (Proprum Commudum) steals the purse. Behind him stand Transience (Vanitas), Heresy (Haeresis) and Reason (Ratio), playing a bagpipe. Above the scene in a cloud the spirit of Error and Fanaticism (Spiritus Erronei & Fanatici). The woodcut is hand-coloured, with the costumes of the depicted figures adapted / modernised.
