Abraham Kuyper and Minister of the Navy Kruys with a third Belgian sailor (possibly Prime Minister Paul de Smet de Naeyer) on leave on the shore. The Dutch Maiden calls to the two Dutchmen that they must be back in time. Following the festivities on the occasion of the 600th anniversary of the Battle of the Golden Spurs.
