About this work
Along the top a banner with the title and putti with the coats of arms of seven high councillors, the dike reeve, treasurer and secretary. Top center a female figure with a trident and other attributes, sitting on a dam, as personification of the High Council. Bottom center a cartouche with information and a scale: Measure of 1600 Rijnland rods making about one hour's walk.
