About this work

Ice entertainment on the Maas at Rotterdam. On the ice people amuse themselves in sleds and carriages, with skates and ice sailing. Along the ice the city with left two mills. Bottom middle in the margin the city coat of arms of Rotterdam flanked by a satyr and a nymph.
