On the map itself bottom left a fisherman with below a scale bar: Miliaria Germanica communia / Gemene Duytsche mylen van 15 in een graedt. Top right the title cartouche with a river god and goddess. The border consists of views of Zeelandic places, the arms of Zeeland and Middelburg and costume figures of Zeelandic nobles, citizens and peasants. Orientation: north to the right.
