Departure of the Spanish garrison from Hulst, 1645. Hulst, besieged by the States Army under Frederick Henry from 28 September and captured on 5 November 1645. Representation consisting of two sheets. In the foreground, left at the city wall, Frederick Henry with his son Prince William II watching the departing soldiers. In the procession foot soldiers, the carriage with the Spanish governor Mouscron, cavalry, and goods wagons. In the background, various forts.
