Peace of Breda, 31 July 1667, which brought an end to the Second Anglo-Dutch War. Central representation of the swearing of the peace treaty, surrounded by six smaller scenes of events preceding and following the ceremony. Above and below, the arrival and departure of the English ambassadors. On the sides, the proclamation and celebration of the peace. Below the central scene, legends A-I; there are also legends below the smaller scenes on the sides.
