About this work

Map of the quarter of Leuven, one of the four quarters into which the Duchy of Brabant is divided. In the lower right, the title cartouche surrounded by the coats of arms of the cities of Landen, Geldenaken, Halen, Gembloux, Leuven, (Zout)leeuw, Diest, Zichem and Hannuit. In the upper right, the coat of arms of Brabant. In the lower left, a cartouche with four scale bars: 1 Milliare Germanicum / 1 Milliare Brabanticum, and two others. The map is provided with a coordinate grid and a degree division.
