About this work
St. Albertus. St. Albertus was a Dominican monk and bishop of Regensburg. He was also professor of Theology. St. Albertus wears the bishop's mantle, mitre and has the crozier in his right hand. In his left hand he holds a book, symbol for his learning. He has a halo around his head.
