About this work
In a room full of gluttonous fat men, women, and children, hams and sausages hang from the ceiling and the wall. After Bruegel's 'Fat Kitchen'. The large chimney, in which the pots stand on the fire, is raised, and De Bry has added some more rows of sausages to it. 'Maghermans', a lean musician with a bagpipe, is thrown out of the door.
