About this work
Triumphal procession in which Bacchus is transported on a triumphal chariot, drawn by satyrs. In front of the chariot walk satyrs and bacchantes with grape clusters and musical instruments. The procession moves to the right. To the back right the temple of Bacchus in which the god is worshipped. Under the representation a Latin verse.
