About this work
A bathhouse with bathing men and women and, on the "roof terrace", loving and music-making people. Right the fountain of youth, in which old and infirm are dipped. Rejuvenated they come out of it. To the back right stands a rejuvenated woman in a fire in which crutches and sticks burn. Three naked men around her. A jester, on the terrace, mocks the whole.
