About this work

The Rights of Man and of the Citizen in 19 articles, text in two columns, presented as the Ten Commandments on the 'tables of the law'. At the top center, the All-Seeing Eye. Below, Enlightenment (center) illuminates the gray Time (left) with light, and Minerva (right). At the bottom, a ten-line verse. These Rights proclaimed on January 21 in The Hague by the Provisional Representatives.
