Canto XX from 'Orlando Furioso'. The knights Marfisa and Zerbin have just fought each other. It was agreed that the loser would accompany the old maid (on horseback to the right). Left the defeated Zerbin, who resignedly accepts the consequences of his loss. Bottom right numbered: 7.
