About this work

Psyche stands in the boat of the ferryman Charon who takes her to the other side of the river Styx. On the other side of the river lies the underworld, where Psyche meets a man with a donkey. Italian text in two cartouches in the lower margin. Numbered bottom left: 25 (twice).
