True image of Mr. Quinquempoix. Portrait medallion of John Law as Mr. Quinquempoix above a brewing cauldron in which coins are transformed into shares. Witch's cauldron with devils, owls, and other creatures. Above the portrait, Folly with a crown of peacock feathers and holly leaves. Above this, a banner with: No. 1 Or Dung or King. This plate printed within a larger plate with title and verses in French on both sides. Print 37 in the series The Great Mirror of Folly with satirical prints on the Wind Trade or Stock Trade of 1720.
