Allegorical representation of the marriages of Willem I Frederik, the later King of the Netherlands, with Wilhelmina of Prussia, depicted in the medallions top left, and of Frederica Louisa Wilhelmina, Princess of Orange-Nassau, with Karel George August, Hereditary Prince of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, whose portraits are depicted top right. An allegorical female figure on a pedestal receives two hearts tied around her neck from a female figure with a radiant crown on her chest, next to her a putto with two burning torches. To the left a female figure with a flame on her head and with a cornucopia, who crowns her. Above them an angel with a trumpet and a laurel wreath. To the left a female figure with the book of the seven seals and a shield with an image of the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove. On her head a rooster, as a sign of vigilance. In the background a temple of honor and virtue.
