About this work
Landscape with Mary, who rides on a donkey with the Christ Child in her arms. Joseph leads the animal by the reins. They are accompanied by little angels who lead an ox. The group rides past a pagan statue that promptly falls to pieces. In the margin a two-line caption, in two columns, in Latin.
