Genealogy of the House of Austria. Stage with a tableau vivant on the Grote Markt. At the foot of the genealogy tree sits the personification of the Catholic Church; on the right, a Turkish man with a bow and a man with an idol are driven to hell. Entirely designed and executed by the Antwerp rhetoricians' chamber De Violieren. Marked top left: pag. 143. Plate no. 32 in a set of 43 plates illustrating the publication describing the entry of Cardinal-Infant Ferdinand of Austria into Antwerp on 17 April 1635 as the new Governor-General of the Spanish Netherlands.
