About this work
Nobleman, dressed according to the fashion of ca. 1625, standing on a terrace next to a column. On the long curly hair a hat with a wide brim and feathers. He wears a doublet over which a wide scalloped lace collar and a loose shoulder mantle. Striped breeches and boots with spurs. A sword beside him.
