About this work

Allegorical representation of the virtues of Prince William of Orange. A triumphal chariot carrying the prince drives under an arch of foliage, drawn by three elephants. The elephant with the personification of Faith; next to her other personifications of virtues. With explanation in Latin above the figures, Dutch translation below.
