In the center an angry Louis XIV (Harlequin) being held back by William III, to the left three Algerians or Turks. In the foreground to the left Cardinal von Fürstenburg receives an enema, to the right the child James Francis Edward, the supposititious child (the Prince of Wales) with a windmill by two lovers taking an oath of silence.
