The Dutch Lion drives away the French rooster with a dragon's tail. From the rooster's rear flows a stream with the names of recaptured cities Utrecht, Woerden, Naarden, and Bonn. In the background, Kampen. With an inscription of 2 verses of 4 lines. Print no. 3 in a series of six allegories on the war with France and the German bishops in the years 1672-1674, based on the oration by Professor L. Wolfogen on his dream and its explanation given at the University of Amsterdam on January 11, 1674.
