Satirical print on the Bishop of Münster after the peace with England by the Republic on February 19, 1674, and the capture of Prince Wilhelm von Fürstenberg on February 16, 1674. The bishop with jingle bells on his mitre at the window in a madhouse; outside, three madmen, a monk, and a Dutch nobleman offering him an orange. With a satirical verse in 3 columns.
